bodySTRENGTH 50
Our signature full body strength workout. 50 minutes of beat-based functional strength training using dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight exercises.

Our 45 minute rhythm ride - bodySTRONG style. Resistance, music, lights and metrics. Let’s ride! All skills and abilities

bodyCONDITIONING 40
Our 40 minute beat-based high intensity conditioning class that is challenging, explosive and will work your whole body. While this class includes plyometric jumping movements, most exercises can be modified for all skill levels

bodyMOBILITY 40 + 50
Mobility meets core, balance, flexibility and breathwork training. Join us for 40 minute classes on weekdays and 50 minutes on weekends. All skills and abilities are welcome!

Our 50 minute mat-based pilates class that will challenge your mind and body. All skill levels are welcome! Strengthen your core and improve your posture in this low impact workout.
