Our Classes

  • bodySTRENGTH 50

    Our signature full body strength workout. 50 minutes of beat-based functional strength training using dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight exercises.

  • bodyCYCLE 45

    Our 45 minute rhythm ride - bodySTRONG style. Resistance, music, lights and metrics. Let’s ride! All skills and abilities

  • bodyCONDITIONING 40

    Our 40 minute beat-based high intensity conditioning class that is challenging, explosive and will work your whole body. While this class includes plyometric jumping movements, most exercises can be modified for all skill levels

  • bodyMOBILITY 50

    Improve how you move with this 50 minute class. This slower flow class is all about increasing your joint range of motion, building core endurance, improving balance and posture, increasing flexibility, and learning how breathwork impacts movement. All skills and abilities are welcome!

  • bodyPILATES

    We offer a variety of mat-based pilates inspired classes that will strengthen your full body in a low-impact environment. Join us for bodyPILATES 50 for a more traditional mat-pilates class and bodyPILATES Sculpt 50 for a low resistance, high repetition sculpting class.
