To sign up for our classes you must first create a login with us on our Momence booking site. Click here to do so. After you’ve successfully created an account, you’ll be able to select any of our classes from our schedule and enroll.

Yes! All first time clients are invited to try one of our class options for free. After you’ve created an account with us you’ll be able to select the first class free credit during booking. This can be used towards any class offered except personal training.

We offer 5 different class options: Strength, Conditioning, Pilates, Cycle, and Mobility. Please click here to read more about our classes.

Our booking window opens 14 days in advance of each class. If you see a class listed on the schedule that is not bookable, it is likely outside of the 14 day window.

Class bookings must be canceled 12 hours before the class starts to avoid a penalty. Penalties for cancellations or no-shows vary by membership. 4x, 8x and Class Pack holders, a visit will be deducted for a late cancellation. And yes the cancellation penalty also applies to the first class free credit. For our Unlimited Membership holders, a $10 fee will be charged to the card on file. All class no shows will be charged a $15 penalty fee to the payment method on file, in addition to the late cancellation penalty.

We highly encourage you also bring a yoga/exercise mat as most of these classes are performed on the floor.

Yes, our bikes require SPD or Delta clip in shoes. Regular street shoes will not work on our bikes. You are free to bring your own cycle shoes or rent a pair from us!

Whether it’s been awhile or you’re completely new to our classes, know that there’s always a spot for you! All of our movements allow for modifications and you are always in control of your intensity level.

Yes, we use Momence for all our class bookings. While you don't need the app to book into classes, it's highly recommended as it's the easiest way to access your schedule, credits and memberships. Download on IOS or download on Android.

You can enroll your child into playcare by opening the playcare session you'd like to sign up for, select "Account" and then click "Add a child". You will be prompted to enter your child's information and their account will then be linked to yours.

Yes, our 4x and 8x members are eligible for rollover credits each billing period. Unused credits from the previous billing period will rollover to the next month up to a balance of the total membership. 4x members can carry up to 4 rollover credits in addition to their current month’s credits, and 8x can carry up to 8.
For example, if a client has 8 rollover credits, in addition to their 8 monthly credits (totaling 16 credits), but only use 2 of those credits in the current billing cycle, they would only roll over 8 credits to the following month - not 14.

Yes, we offer two complimentary membership holds per calendar year. These holds can be up to a maximum of 30 days at a time. If you'd like to use both holds consecutively then you may place your membership on hold for a maximum of 60 days.
Medical related membership holds are complimentary and do not count towards your two allotted holds per year. If you need to put your membership on hold for more than 30 days for medical reasons then we may require a doctors note. Medical related holds can be put in place for a maximum of 6 months.
Please email us at hello@trainbodystrong.com a minimum of 7 days before the start of a requested hold to put a pause on your account.

Yes! Membership upgrades and downgrades must be made by bodySTRONG staff. Please email us a minimum of 7 days before your next billing at hello@trainbodystrong.com to either upgrade or downgrade your current membership.

Membership cancellations must be made in writing via email (hello@trainbodystrong.com), text (206.944.3229) or Momence messaging. We cannot take membership cancellations in-person or via the phone. We require 7 days notice before your next renewal for all membership cancellations.

Yes, you can bring a guest with you by adding a guest reservation at the time of your class booking. Please follow the prompts listed in the Momence app or web browser when booking your class. You will see an option listed to “Book guests”. You will need to pay the drop-in rate to add a guest.
If you’re an Unlimited membership holder with us you receive 1 complimentary guest pass per month! Book a guest like you normally would and your membership credit will be applied at checkout.

Yes, we allow two family members to share 4x and 8x memberships. Please have one person sign up for the membership online and then email, text or message us in Momence to have that membership shared with another account.
Note that Unlimited memberships are not shareable.

Yes, we offer a 15% discount on our monthly recurring class memberships to students, first responders, educators and school workers, those in the medical field, and active and veteran military. Spouses of military qualify only if they themselves have a spouse military ID.

Please note this discount does not apply to our punch pass membership options (5 class pass and 10 class pass), drop-in class pricing, or personal training or nutrition services.

No, we do not. When you train one-on-one you are paying for both in-person coaching time and the weekly work we do to update your programming and provide you with individual support.

Personal training is great for clients seeking a tailored program just for them. If you have found it difficult to adhere to workout programs or are looking for one-on-one attention for form and motivation, then personal training is a great option!

Great! Training with friends is more fun. We offer 2:1 training sessions at a slightly cheaper rate 'per person'. Please book a free consult with us first. You may book the consult for up to two people at a time.

We focus on functional strength training at our gym. All sessions are 60 minutes and your coach will program your workout to meet your specific goals. We have a variety of equipment to meet clients’ individual needs.

If you need to cancel your session for any reason we ask that you give your coach at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 50% the price of your session. This policy is strictly enforced at all times. We understand that life happens and there are extenuating circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate if and when that happens. Please remember that we are a small business and when you late cancel it prevents us from scheduling another client to make up for lost revenue. If you have any questions about this policy, please speak directly with your coach.

If you are recently injured or healing from a surgery, we ask that you obtain permission from your doctor or surgeon before starting any exercise program. We will ask for a doctors note clearing you for exercise before starting you on any of our programs. Please note that we are not physical therapists and are not qualified to diagnose or treat you for any injuries. If you require specific treatment, we will be happy to refer you to a list of qualified PT’s.
